On January 8, 2022, Honored Artist of Uzbekistan Surat Artykov took part in a festive event, which took place in the khokimiyat of the Uchtepa district.
At the initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with the Ministry for Mahalla and Family Support, developed a plan for holding spiritual, educational and concert events in all mahallas of the capital based on the “Mahallada Duv-Duv Gap” project.
